The Four Phases of the Series
1. ANCHOR
The Anchor phase is the foundation of the series, designed to help participants connect deeply with their authentic selves. Over 12 weeks, this phase focuses on building self-awareness, understanding personal and cultural identity, and developing resilience. The Anchor Program is the prerequisite to enrolling in the other programs.
2. CHARTER
Aimed at early-career women of colour, the Charter phase is a self-directed program that participants can engage with at their own pace. This phase helps women chart a clear course for their leadership journey, aligning their personal goals with professional aspirations.
3. ACCELERATE
Accelerate is designed for mid-career leaders who are on the cusp of stepping into senior management and executive leadership roles. This six-month program intensifies focus on developing strategic influence, leadership agility, and navigating organizational dynamics. In partnership with your organization we work to not only have you enter the pipeline, but to also advance within it, and to thrive in more senior roles.
4. EXPAND
The Expand phase is catered to seasoned women leaders who are exploring their legacy and impact both within and beyond the corporate environment. Allowing participants to reflect on their careers, plan for the future, and engage deeply with their personal and professional aspirations. It focuses on mentorship of the next generation, broad organizational impact, and well-being, supporting women as they shape their lasting imprint on their industries and communities.
